Posting A few pics for 45cal, Here are some Rifles that were brought to Oak Ridge Match

VERY NICE! :yeah: That Cased Rifle is something else! :shock: What kind of dollar figure would something like that bring?
 
hard to say , but doubt if you could find another. Fellow filmed most of them for a Book he was writing. I only took pictures of one Rack full. Most were Alex Henrys. The fellow writing the book name is Tom Rowe I believe. Some of the Rifles are still shot in competition. This rifle shoots a patched bulletand is a b double

wanted to say ,one rifle was a .577 whitworth. shot a 568 diameter bullet PP
 
16 Whitworth and 15 Alex Henry rifles plus a few Gibbs Metfords and some American LR ML.

From the photo above in the rack, it's the 2nd from the bottom with the rear sight folded back. Not a .577 (I believe they are stamped 25, this one is stamped 26 as in 26bore (=0.568"). I found that interesting that is 1/2 (or 2x) the normal 52bore (0.451").
