Thompson center Vernier Tang Sight

This might be a dumb question but I was wondering if the Thompson center tang vernier sight is adjustable for windage? If so, how is it adjusted? Thanks

I believe the plate that the aperture screws into adjusts with a hex key.

What is the thread size and length of the Thompson Center center tang screw? I was able locate a tang aperture sight for my Hawken but it doesn’t come with the machine screw for the center hole. Is it a pan head type? Thanks.
