The only difference in reality is -a lot less pellets surrounding it too. At this point, other than a little scare & perhaps a little ringing in their ears, my Pedersoli is keeping them turkeys perfectly safe from bein stuffed & roasted.

Hilarious, I appreciate your humor as well as your recommendation. I will be trying your suggestion the next time I shoot it. I have new ramrod ends and a new hickory ramrod on order now.

You got a 30" 12ga ramrod replacement from Pedersoli? Maybe I missed them, I've only seen replacements in 28".
The Hickory ramrod is plenty strong enough if used right.

I got a fiberglass one from Pender a few years ago as the one supplied was weak.
Also ….Go to Buffalo Arms. They have several varieties of Hickory, Fiberglass’s etc reasonably priced.
