It said militaries don't count...does that include a militia, and how few people can be in a militia? I could have a household militia with an armorer haha.

Well most countries ignore the arms treaties. They don’t want anyone else knowing what they are doing or how many guns or ammo they sold or gave to other groups, terrorists or what they have even. The USA is one of if not the biggest arms broker and dealer in the world. It is simply another way to disarm the civilian population.

when guns and ammo are outlawed only outlaws will have them..so I will become an outlaw...

I should add that fortunately for us Congress has to approve of the arms treaty. So far it never even gets out of committee. The President signing the treaty does nothing but make a symbolic statement. Plus the treaty violates the 2A too. Thus SCOTUS would have to rubber stamp it too.
