Wild Hog Population in Britian

I was reading in the paper that domestic hogs got loose in the British isles and are now a breeding population. And they are not happy about it. They seem to like the idea that wild hogs are back in the woods. Although they have had people attacked by them, dogs attacked, gardens tore up, etc..

Those are some good sized hogs. a hog that size could really hurt a person. The Brits are not serious about wild hogs either: If they were serious they would prevail on hunters to kill all of them. Soon Jolly Olde England will be over-run with hogs, just like SW Oklahoma.

Well after listening to you and others who have actual EXPERIENCE with wild hogs.. I would think the British government would be doing all they could to eradicate the wild population before they do get a foot hold and really start to do damage or actually hurt someone serious.
