Have seen screen shots of a few eform4 transfers that were submitted and approved in 2-4 days
Only other non-licensee transfers I know of that go fast are when the SOT is closing or it is a f5 inheritance transfer - and even then a month or two is normal
My buddy who collects tax stamps says his average wait is 11 months ...
