I used to have that same revolver in a 475 Linebaugh, kicked like hell on both ends.
 
A coworker has a BFR in 45-70 and he shoots the 325 grain lever revolution in it. It packs a punch but it's not horrible but I've only fired a few rounds out of it. I imagine sighting in the scope wasn't the most fun day at the range. He's taken a few hogs with his.
 
Jon I suspect the recoil with the revolver and 325gr will be a lot less than what my Buckhunter recoils with 425gr slug and a 90gr charge .
