Custom 40 Krieger barrel

Had this made 6 years ago. Shot it one range session. Used Parker 408 300 gr sabotless
Shot great.
Got it out after all this time to take it out and shoot it again
Turns out all the 40 cal bullets available are now 402 or thereabouts and Parker hasnt made any 408 since the industry kinda went 401 402 direction
So I ordered these to see how they shoot

It would be terrible to have a gun and no ammo . Might have to stick with pure lead and get a mould made

Bill at Northern Precision I think is fixing to make a bunch of 406 finished jacketed bullets between 250 and 300 gr

Check out Montana Bullet Works web site. They have several selections for your 40 cal. I used them for my 40-65 when I had it. They make high quality bullets. Lots of size and weights to choose from.

Bullets arrived. They make a pretty bullet. Now if shoots as good as it looks we should be in business
