hawk 260 grain muzzy bullet

looking for some info on the hawk .452 260 grn bullet. ive looked at rons bullet test it looks awsome. looking for some hunting experience and load info from anyone that uses this or has tried it thanks

I have used Hawk bullets but not in a Smoker
in a 35 Whelen, 45-70, 475 Linebaugh and the like
always gave very good results but you kind of have to match the jacket thickness to the velocity or anticipated velocity you are going for
It is a very good bullet IMO

If it accurate in your gun, I think it would do good. By Ron's test, it would definitely thump a deer if you put it where it needs to go.

I shot this bullet out of a Knight Vision. Very accurate and performed well. 100 grns of BH by volume.Both deer I shot with it went less then thirty yards.

thanks all i think i will give it a try. also the barnes 250 tez
