From the looks of this, any competent machine shop should be able to fabricate one of these. Take the correct size hexagonal stock, turn the round portion, drill the two holes for the pegs that engage the plug, and I'm assuming a pass thru hole to thread a screw into the tapped hole where the nipple threads in?
