I've never been a big fan of Wind River binos. I think there is better glass for the money. Yes, the price is up there but remember you are paying for binos and a rangefinder so you are getting an inexpensive set of binos and the quality is reflected. Go try them out, the rangefinder works well from what I've seen but you'll have to decide if the binos are high enough quality for your application. They definately weren't for mine.
