Not to burst your bubble friend but the resale value of scopes are next to nil. The only ones you will get any real money for are the high end ones. You can get a brand new in the box Trophy for about $135. You'd be better off hanging onto it and putting it on something else.
As for your wads...Do a search for Durafelt and order your own sheet of wool felt and punch the wads out yourself. I cut mine on a drill press and get about 200 in 10 mins.

I had forgot all about this. I'm gonna put the scope on my new conversion when it returns to test loads. I'm all stocked with wads and sabots, now.
