Nylon bore brush?

Does anyone know of a .50cal nylon bore brush? I checked the local stores and ended up with nothing. I noticed yesterday that the bronze brush it scratching the nickel plating up in my Optimas barrel and would like to avoid anymore scratching.

Yep, they are available. I just did a quick google search and there are quite a few offerings. One thing to watch is the thread size. Muzzleloaders use 10-32 thread. Many are for the .50 BMG bores and have 8-32 or even a big 5/16-27. You may have to use a CF rifle cleaning rod or a shotgun rod. Just google
