If not, if you can find a White M98, Doc may be willing to retrofit it if he still has the bolts available to convert it to a Thunderbolt? Again, as a FYI a Thunderbolt is nothing more than an M98 that had the receiver notched out for the bolt.

No modern muzzleloader is worth $2000. Just remember a gun is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I worked in a gun shop for about 5 years almost all used muzzleloaders we offered $100 or less.

I bought a g series off a guy locally who also had a thunderbolt. I offered him $1500 and he said no way.

Mines turned into a safe queen, took her out to druel over and ran a patch of butches bore shine down her Sunday night.
