It feels like that at my house once in a while when I have to take my black lab out for his morning walk at 5:30 A.M.

Yeah, I have to do the same thing. Late at night, and early in the morning. The only time that's ok is in the middle of summer.

My mother lived in Spooner, Wisc. About 15-18 years ago a town south of her (Rice Lake, Wisc.) had a -60F temp.
