My Brother and I had talked about going on a Lake Erie Walleye fishing trip for many years. He had been there once with some Friends. Last February we finally said enough is enough lets get it done. I did some Research and we decided to try Sea Breeze Charters. This was to be a Family "Guys" trip with my Brother, his Son, Son in-law, 2 of my Niece's (the son-inlaw) Boys and me. The Son in-law unfortunately had to work and could not go. The Little guy (Gannon) is 4 and the older one (Wyatt) is 10. The Trip was on Saturday Sep 21 and the boat left out of Huron Ohio but traveled out about 22 miles towards Lorain. My Brother and me had some reservations about the trip since it was a first for us with the Kids and the Charter. We had a FANTASTIC time! Helping the Kids was a Blast! We even caught our Limit to boot. We are already starting to plan for this to be an Annual Guys trip.
Heading out, just left the dock. L to R, Kent (My Nephew) Gannon, Me, and Wyatt
Sorry mine was a little Blurry. Wyatt. Brother, Captain, Kent, and Gannon.
Gannon as Captain.
Gannon with his first Walleye. Kent and I took turns holding the rod for him so he could reel them in.
Wyatt with one on the line a bit too heavy so I held the rod.
Kent with one of his.
Kent with another that almost jumped out of his hands.
Gannon with another one about as big as he is.
Our Group.
