3 Weeks ago Me & Mrs. Loggy had a great trip!!
Been many, many moons since she went fishin with me. In fact , we've been married 33 years now & while talkin out on the water think the last time was a trout fishin trip while we were engaged! No fish caught. I think I may have got her hooked! :lol:
Decided to target the ocean based run of White Perch that occurs each Spring up the Chesapeake Bay & on up the Susquehanna . Was lookin for style of fishin she could have some fun with. I made a good decision!
We caught 26 nice sized White Perch. In fact Mrs, Loggy boated Number One!!! She didnt like the look of those bleedin Blood Worms so Mr. Loggy did the honors in the baiting plus I took care of taking her fish off. Didnt want to scare her off & jeopordize future trips!! Although, sorta hope she doesnt want to take up huntin. Like the peace & quiet at huntin camp! :lol: :lol:
Most were in the one pound range and on lite tackle we had a blast!!!
