I just put my cameras up at the end of July but the surprises came pretty quickly.
I have several nice pics but I’ll start with this one and add some others latter. I will say last hunting season was not good and we only took one 2.5 year old 8 pointer and one doe. Hope this year will be better but it really isn’t about the “killing” as most of us know.

Its something to see pre-season bucks like this. Knock that velvet off and you'll see them scatter. lol

I saw a central MN camera picture of four bucks and one looked as though he'd already started rubbing, enough to have bone showing on most of his rack and that pic was from four days ago.

Those in the pics above are some dandies that's for certain.

Not so much bucks but there sure have been a lot of deer laying dead along the roadways around here lately.

A fair number of people say the cameras give you an unfair advantage and I think some locations have banned there use. I don’t really see it that way at all. Speaking for me only, the cameras have saved a lot of young deer because if I know there is a really nice buck in the neighbor hood then I’m sure to let a smaller buck walk hoping the bigger one will be along shortly. And I’m sure you know that doesn’t happen that often.

Here is another. This camera is in a location that I just noticed. The property to the east was just clear cut in the last year and I thought it looked like it was being used. It actually has been pretty busy and more pics from this location will be coming later.

Im the wrong guy to ask. But, I download them to my computer from the card on the trailcam. When I come here I press the button below that says Attach Files. From there I go to the pictures on my computer, find the one I want to submit, and double click on it. Once the photo is loaded below you choose between thumbnail and full image. When you make that choice the pic should appear in your post. Then you click on post reply and your done. (I hope)

I put out some pears to see what deer were coming into my food plot. Had to stop with the pears and pull my trail cam because I got a video of the bear moving the cam on the tree.
