bp 12g. shotgun, what loads??????

i am getting a 12 guage barrel for my optima for christmas. i plan on hunting turkey with it. what all do i need??? what size shot???? how do i load???? thanks for any replys....

For turkeys you probably want #4 shot. For powder and shot you'd better check the manual.
