Savage 10ML-II Breech Plugs:

When cleaning or there after, I was told you should never seize the threads as to were another told me to use special grease. Any input would really be appreciated and considered. By the way, I really like this forum. Everyone is so open and helpful. One of my favorite web sites.

I use Loctite Nickel Anti-Seize on the ventliner and breechplug and never had a release problem. Part # 77124

i use nothing on my breech plug anymore ..but i remove and clean it after each shot ..clean muzzleloader =accuracy ..

Super lube seems to work better than anti-sieze thats what TC reccomends.
