Ammunition for an 11MM Egyptian is just about impossible to get, and very expensive, so I decided to convert mine to a front loader. I did this by reaming the chamber out with a 9/16 reamer, and threading the hole to 5/8-18 (many commercial breech plugs are this size - Knight, CVA, Rossi, etc.
My Egyptian RB was absolutely the dirtiest firearm I've ever owned when I bought it. It looked like it had been through several sand storms and never cleaned.
These are some of the bolts from which I make breech plugs.
These are some of the breech plugs I made for the Rolling Block The one in the middle is a 454 Casulll
This is the barrel, drilled out and threaded.
This is the threaded barrel installed.
This is the Rolling Block put back together.
