Bake about 1 hour or till done at 350 in litely greased covered roaster. Thats is. Simple and dont have to be too fussy on measuring etc etc.

I usually make up several when I get my deerburger and freeze. A great meal to take to huntin camp.

I make a pretty good meatloaf myself.

2 lbs Deerburger
1 Green Pepper diced
1/2 onion diced
2 Pkg Crackers (1/2 box)
2 Large eggs
1/4 lb Bacon chopped small 1/4 x 1/4" or so"(I use the imitation turkey bacon since it has much better flavor)
1 tbsp canola oil (since I use pure venison) skip if using venison with fat or burger added.

Mix all ingredients well and place in a pan I use an approx. 8x12 pan. Place a thin layer of Ketchup on and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
