Nearly impossible to beat good fried catfish. My favorite are smallish 2lbers fried whole. I had a fat plate of fillets a couple days ago. Pickles, onions, hot sauce and tartar sauce on the side.

I just got it from my little woman. Salt pepper and garlic powder mix in a bowl with the fish. Then roll the fish in flour then dip in egg and then bread crumbs and deep fry. Tasty Tasty Good

I'm a Deep South Georgia Cracker born and raised. I love the fried catfish I've ever eaten. But my all-time favorite is Cajun blackened catfish. Lots of pepper & spices and MMM...MMM GOOD.

Keep the smaller ones that are about 2-5lbs each! Channel cats are fine eating!

Just a little different than my fish fry method. I'm a season the flour guy, but next time I'll season the fish directly

Cut The red line out the fillets. That's where the mud/dirt taste comes from
