hammer/nipple alignment

I have just noticed that the hammer on my Traditions sidelock is not falling centered on the nipple.it is just barely clearing the nipple to were the marks from the caps are on an extreme edge of the cup part of the hammer-is this something I should be concerned with,or is this a "if it isnt broke dont fix it "kind of thing? I havent had any problems in it firing.-Steve

i have a TRADITION PURSUIT LT with the same problem ,i took it back to the store ..but i am still waiting for a new one ...
