I stated here once before, where I worked with a Bench Rest Shooter over 20 years ago.
He told me, all of the Bench Rest Shooters use the same, home made Bore Cleaner. Competitive Bench Rest Shooters, swore it was the best at cleaning carbon, copper & lead.
I used it to clean my Mississippi Rifle and my breech loaders.

I alredy had the Kroil at the house, so I bought 2 ,32 oz cans of the TEC. I'll let you all know how it goes.

This is the recipe he gave me.
2 Parts Kroil
1 Part GM Top Engine Cleaner (TEC).

I finally found the GM Top Engine Cleaner (TEC). It's now called AC/Delco Top Engine Cleaner
It is not sold for retail and it's labeled for Professional Use Only.

Ed's red?? For smokeless?? The question you must ask yourself is if it will clean black powder fouling better than using warm water with a squirt of dawn dish soap?? X
