Large Pistol Mag Primers

Does anyone think using these in a module is a bad idea. I have a boatload of them but only about 500 LRMPs.

I use large pistol magnums in my magnum research SSP-91 loaded to 55k psi because it light primer strikes with all brands of large rifle primers. Pistol primers sit a little below flush in a large rifle pocket but as long as you have enough firing pin reach, no issues.

Its my understanding that the differance between the two is that the pistol is make with thinner tin as opposed to the rifle that are designed to handle higher pressure with thicker tin. I probably wouldnt go very hot with your load
