You can also pick up CCI 22 Stangers (not Stingers) from Midsouth Shooters. These are limited runs and are a novelty based on Youtube's 22 Plinkster.
Watch short video for more info. Bought 2 boxes to through in the back of my safe..

Dunhams Howell has those Stangers in stock right now. I didnt buy any. I limited out(3) on the Aguila .22 Super Extras. Cheapest at $6 and shoot really well. A little dirtier than Rems or CCi but worth it to me.1649000340578389895194587145007.jpg

4831 of any variety is a little slow for 30-06. Velocity will be lower, it is near impossible to get enough into the case to cause a pressure issue, and the pressure curve will be wrong possibly leading to damage in semiautos.
It can produce accurate loads in a 30-06, they just will not be fast and should not be used in a semiauto.
The greater the bullet weight, the more compatible the two become, but it is not ideal.

180 grain projectile for 30/06 returned these suitable powders.

IMR-4831 and 4350 were my favorites in the 06 It's a shame powder can't be shipped I don't reload anymore and I have a load of various powder I would gladly help someone out

I like the MiniMags in my 10/22 but the Rem Golden Bullets shoot better in my Ruger mkiii hunter. I just found last weekend that the Aguila .22lr Super Extras shoot amazingly well in the mkiii and the 10/22. I picked up a 300ct box at Rural King but Dunhams may have them too. Try them out if you find any.
The Super Extras shoot well out of my 10/22 as well. Luckily .22lr is easy to find near me. Lots of different stuff on the shelves at my LGS
