Take the dove breasts and bone them out. Then take your trusty cast iron skillet and put some cut up bacon in it and when it makes grease put in chopped up potatoes and cook until about half done add the dove breasts and a pinch of garlic cook the dove breasts until just barely pink inside. You won't believe how good it is. Oh yeah salt and pepper to taste.
