New sights Mossberg muzzleloader barrel

So. I had my local gunsmith install a new set of sights on my Mossberg Muzzleloader Barrel. Charged me $67, I supplied the new Williams sights. I'm really disappointed. My son dropped it off and picked it up for me. He didn't know to inspect it after the job. I don't think it's straight. See attached photos. I could have botched it better than this. They dinged the sight up, and I think the sides of the receiver (action). I'm taking the day off tomorrow and I will take it in myself.

Yeah, looks a little off. Hopefully the smith will make it right.
