New to me Ultra Lite

Picked up an Ulta Lite yesterday. I can't wait to get going. I'm waiting for a set of rings to show up. For the time being, I scavened a Leupold VX-III 3.5-10X40 with target turrets off one of my older rifles. It wouldn't be my first choice, but it should work. I've been thinking about a Burris Fullfield 3-9X40 Muzzleloader scope but haven't decided. I don't have much Blackhorn left so I'm hoping one of my go to loads work. 110 grains with a W209 and either a Barnes 290 in the supplied sabot, or a Scorpian PT Gold 300 in a Harvester Crush Rib Sabot. Any other suggestions? I really hope it shoots as soon as it looks and feels, I love the stock and the trigger is great.

Congrats! Looking forward to your range report. If the 110/290 Barnes shoots good, that's a great hunting load.

My Ultra Lite seems to like the Barnes TEZ's also.

That seems a great place to start. I’ve come back some off the days of 120 grains(volume) of yesterday.

45 1-20 0r 50 1-28? try fury bullets I like them in my knights I use bare bullets in my 1-20 twist with a wad shoot great
