Pillars for richards stock

Im at the point where I must decide if the pillars are going in or not,I will be bedding the action thats for sure if the recoil lug is well bedded and the action screws dont touch the walls in there :?: hole do you think the pillars are necessary.
This project is on a richards dual thumb hole in camo laminate.

Yes, pillars are the way-- I'm going the same route with a walnut stock.

Hear is a pic of the stock in the works today i will atempt the instalation of the pillars.This is the trickiest part of the hole prosses.
