Ruger date of manufacture

I am a puter Dumkof. I have looked but can't find a date of manufacture for a ROA with # 145-599xx.

Muley must know?

Looks like 1988-89.

My SS ROA is a 1988 and yet to see a cap. With four other BP revolvers and two .54 Lyman Plains pistols I had too many choices .
