Seasoned it up (salt pepper garlic chili powder cayenne), massaged it around with some olive oil and chucked it in oven at 325 for 45 min, flipped the meat and back in for another 45 min

Cant decide if it is beef like and needs horseradish or if it needs something savory like a mint/rosemary/mustard mix i would use for lamb ...

But since I have neither on hand, I simply chowed down

Man too much seasoming but if that's qhat you like.
I salt and pepper roast place in pressure cooker with potatoes, carrots, garlic and onion and cook for 45-60 mins depending on size once pressure is reached. Meat just falls off the bone.
