nice theres a shop by me that serves venison pizza its damn goodI felt like pizza and a few beers tonight. I have some ground venison and mushrooms under the cheese and peppers and pepperoni on top cooked in a cast iron frying pan.

I do too. I use 10% fresh cut beef suet & 10% bacon ends for my burgers. I recently put 60lbs of that in thee freezer. I make some with 20% beef suet, no bacon too.I should have mentioned that I grind bacon ends with my venison
