White Recommended Loads PDF

I ran across this write up on recommended White loads on my phone. The website wouldn't work on my computer but worked on my phone. Since Doc has passes I figured I would save this as a PDF and post it here to preserve it.

Yes, it appears that most of the photos didn’t save to the pdf as they are hosted elsewhere on the White website.
