Connected on a big Indiana gobbler Friday morning in the rain. 27lbs,,,10.75" beard,,1.5" spurs. Remington 870 SPS-T 3.5" mag....#6 Hevi-Shot. Approximately 45 yards.

A group of 11 of us from Indiana ventured down to Texas for a 3 day hog hunt with Pope Brothers hunting ranch. This is the 14th year of this same group going down there,,my 2nd. We took a few... :wink: :lol:

Shot the Renegade that I got from SL'er Sunday morning. Started off with 70gr. of Swiss 3F. Did decent,,,but went up to 80gr. Did better,,and settled on that for the time being. Last 4 shots averaged an inch or so at 50 yards with the open sites. Then Nimrodder and I decided to whack some...
