We went down to Alton, Il. Saturday morn. Took my new boat. Man what a treat. It rides like a Cadillac on the water and thats at 47 mph. My prop is a bit much fot the boat as I was only turning 4000 rpms and I need to get it to 5500 rpms at wide open throttle. It is a 26 inch Raker I am thinking a 20 or a 22 would be about right. I have quite a bit more room in it also. Makes moving around a lot easier.
The fish were not being cooperative though as we only caught 2 lake sturgeon that weighed about 18# each and one blue cat at 15#.
