.45 cal ammo and .40 cal ammo

What ammo do you prefer/would use for .45 cal Knight UL/Mountaineer and 10 mm Peregrine?

Can you take a .50 cal sabot like the Red Hots or Barnes TMZ and put it down bare or do you need to resize?

I wouldn't use sabots but rather size them to fit bullet to bore.

I was able to get a Barnes TEZ down my 45 Knight Elite without sizing, it needed a knurl to fit right. I wonder if the new Knight 45's have similar bore demensions to the older one's?
