I am wondering if lining an existing barrel to the caliber/twist I am wanting is worth the $ or if I am better off just going w a new barrel?

Haven't gotten a quote on either yet but just wondering what the general consensus is?

Reline seem to shoot as good as a barrel that was originally bored?

I’ve had a few barrels relined by Robert Hoyt In Pa. and cannot complain how accurate they shoot. I had two relined from .50 cal. down to .32. I believe well worth the $ spent.
