Tomorrow is our opening day for muzzy hunting. I am STOKED! I am taking along a friend who is a new inline-er and a new hunter.

Praying for safety and for favor as we hit the tree stands in the morning, and for all the rest of you who venture out looking for game.

Be blessed y'all!

Good luck and stay safe. Bring us back a good report and pics.

Right back at ya, brah!

Totally quiet last Saturday.

Quiet so far today. Very windy.

Now that all the smoke has cleared: was wondering how the hunt went?

Well. Didn't see a thing on my own 25 acres but a friend shot a doe there during mz season. I was invited to a friend's place on closing day of mz and tagged a decent sized buck with crappy antlers. I don't care about antlers so I call that a WIN! Freezer is happy, crock pot is happy, skillet is happy, grill is happy and most important, wife is happy!

Oh yes. Fun is the goal after all. I do love the meat, but heading out to the woods with good friends is WAY more satisfaction for me.
