I'm currently shooting a Savage BP in a converted 45-70 TC Encore (smokeless). Will this breach plug work with Blackhorn for reliable ignition. I got the BP from Cecile at Precision Rifle back when I had the conversion done.

The Savage ML-BP from years ago was one of the rifles used to develop BH209. The ML-BP and MLII use the exact same plug and BH209 is a listed powder in the old ML-BP manual.
