Double barrel rifle

Has anyone had any experience with a CVA double barreled rifle?

Not legal in many of states in the mid-west, have seen them but know nothing more than that, sorry.

a local man brought me one to clean and get shooting again. well made but he ruined it. he shot a bunch of pyrodex in it and set it in the corner for two or three years. it was so rusted out on the inside i could do nothing with it and gave it back to him. looked pristine on the out side but was ruined. i like the concept and the design of it, just sad he ruined it. his was a double barrel over and under.

I just bought a CVA Armi San Marcos O/U double rifle. I haven't shot it yet but it's clean as a whistle. It has ~1:28" twist in both barrels.

What bullets/loads do y'all think would work best in it?
