I have black plastic furniture on my Remington 1100 most of the year but for doves I switch it back to the factory wood.
Today I did that, but for some reason the lock washer (Part #10) while it worked fine for the molded Remington plastic stock, was too large for the wood one.
It has to be 5/8” inside and 1” outside.
All I could find that was close was 1/2” inside with 1” outside so I bought two and set to work with the DREMEL.
If I had a 5/8” drill it would have been too easy.
I DREMELED away with a grinding stone until it almost was the perfect fit then I opened it up just a bit with the blade of a small screwdriver…VOILA..
