Elk Hunting starts 10/11/08 .....

My son-in-law has no Idea what he is in for.... the elk are buggling good, so its going to be alot of lol roflol, the only thing he has going for him is the Elk are a big target if up close and personal.... I should tell him to leave his scope on 9 power, make it look like the elk will be standing on top of him.....

We started today... Our elk do not bugle much anymore to much pressure and to many fake bugles... did walk on to a bunch of cows and calves this morning - it was fun just watching kinda joisting with each other...

Had to take a break from hunting - in fact i only got to hunt this morning - then had to come home and write a football practice plan then paractice this afternoon - then we drove to Kennewick (150 mi) to baby sit the grandkids... Ill get back to hunting next week...
