I've been kickin around these parts for over 45 years now, boy how time flies. Black powder hunting and shooting most of those years although starting to notice a little lag in my enthusiasm for going out in the cold and snow!

30 years or so ago my brother and a friend jumped in the Tequamenon River behind McMillan. They fished it up and I fished it down. The water was clear as glass. I came to a hole with two logs laying in it. I throw a #2 Mepps Silver and I could see movement down below. Soon a 14 1/2 inch brooky was in my creel. Just like it was yesterday.

:D

I fish the Fox and Driggs more often now. Lots of memories.
