I have some thompson center shockwave sabots. They are yellow tipped. How do I know what grain of bullet they are?

I think they come in 200gr, 250gr, and 300 grain. I bought a cheap scale a few weeks ago to weigh odd bullets or arrow tips I find here and there. If they are all the same size shoot them and see how you like them. You can probably find someone at a gunshop or a local range that could weigh one for you. Good luck.

ALL of the T/C Shockwave bullets feature a yellow polymer tip. There are some differences:

200gr Shockwaves are .40cal bullets and use a BLUE MMP sabot. The 250gr and 300gr use .451cal bullets. The 250gr is .965 inches long(just short of an inch) and the 300gr is 1.089 inches long(just OVER an inch). HTHs..
