Inline muzzleloaders that use percussion caps?

Do any manufacturers sell inline muzzleloaders that use percussion caps only instead of 209 primers?

I don't know, i have not bought a newer inline. Last one i bought was in 2004 twas a T/C Blk. Dia.

I am not sure if any that are new that can be bought..but plenty of used ones around that do that are just as accurate as the rifles made today

Yes - lots of options. Some of the CVA “northwest” legal models and many of the Knights (“western” ignition) I believe.

Many guns currently made for states that require caps.

Knight plunger guns like the BK LK, and MK came standard with #11 ignition. The Knight bolt guns have a conversion available i believe. But they still may not qualify in some states that have restrictions on ignition systems.
The White MLs used #11s.
I bought the Western conversion for my Accura so i can use musket caps and T7. The conversion should work in all post-2010 CVA break action guns.
Traditions probably have conversions for some of their guns but i know very little about their lineup.
