1/2 cup red wine
This is a great starting point,you can add or subtract to the ingredients for personal taste.Let the meat soak in the mixture (in the fridge) for at least 24 hours,48 is even better.My dehydrator takes about 8 hours or so for approx. 3 lbs.of jerky.Hope this helps ---------------- Rich
