Am thinking of buying a 52 caliber Knight $651 shipped Forest green TH stock But before I do I would like to know how do they shoot What is the best bullet Does anyone have one? Thanks Lou

I love the the 52, I shoot 110 gr 777 and 325 ftx.this shoots very accurate and kills deer fast, good luck , l believe you will be impressed

All of the 52’s I’ve owned shot extremely well with Monoflex 250, FTX 325,Hornady 300 HP, & Barnes Originals
I shot 130gr BH209 (by volume) to hit the sweet spot.
THIS LOAD IS NOT RECOMMENDED BY ANY MANUFACTURERS LISTED HERE

I own a few and my favorite muzzleloader caliber. I can stuff any projectile sized for the gray sabot and they will flat out shot

I won Knight’s hometown state ML match a few years ago with my 52. Finished the match with a 50-4x at 200.
My 500gr HP hunting bullet/load.
Then went out and busted a doe-head on at 218y.

I have a bighorn in .52. Great rifle. I live in Oregon and we have to use full bore projectiles for hunting. I shoot 52-530i bullet from accurate molds, with 90gr of 777. Thumped a deer pretty hard with it this last season. I enjoy the .52 so much I am building .52 tc renegade.I would also like to purchase a .52 mountaineer.
