I've been talking with them on the phone and we're trying to work something out for shipping were I have it shipped to the lower 48 and then back up to me, which is still less than their fedex minimum shipping charges.

So Lehigh Defense and SSK are one and the same. The guy who started Lehigh worked with SSK and eventually bought the company.

My understanding is the no sights option is for the iron sights not scope mounts

So, I just checked the website and both the Ultralite and Peregrine are being supplied without drilling for open sights. However the DISC that's on sale for $359 still comes drilled for both scope and open sights. Gotta be honest that leaves me a little disappointed. Seems a bit penny pinching really when you are paying $1000 - $1500 for the gun, especially when there's plenty of folks who like the option to remove the scope and still have open sights.

I was reading on the knight website that their offerings do not come drill and tapped for scope mounts. Correct me if i am wrong.

Their "T-Bolt" rifle did...
